We help deliver a range of homes to suit the needs of participants and specialise in two accommodation types:

High Physical Support

Catered to individuals with high physical needs, where their living space can be customised to meet their needs. These customisations include modifications like ramps, wider doors and hallways, as well as the use of specific technology catered to their needs. In addition to these customisations, individuals are provided with 24/7 caregiver support, aimed at enhancing their independence and ensuring safety

Robust Design

Prioritising durability and access, these homes are constructed using top-quality materials to reduce the need for frequent repairs, replacements and reactive maintenance. This, in turn, reduces the risk to participant, care staff and the community. These homes can adapt to the changing needs of the people living in them. The goal is to make it easier for occupants to live comfortably and independently in their homes.

When designing a new SDA home, we consider many factors starting with your specific needs, functionality for carers and support team you engage and for the safety and aesthetics that will be experienced by everyone. Best results are when the following requirements are considered:

Location, Location, Location

For example, we always consider your physical and social needs (work, transport, shops etc), as well as any special behavioural needs.

Inside and outside privacy

Achieved with the use of secured bedroom courtyards or patios.

Quality fittings and workmanship

Ensures your home is robust and sustainable for decades to come.

Safety of Participants and Carers

Where possible, double access points for rooms and no restrictive or low-visual areas anywhere in the house.

Carer rooms

Includes their own separate bathroom facilities for comfort and privacy.
