As your SDA service provider, Connected Living Solutions can facilitate or manage any or all of the following:

• Consulting discussions about SDA requirements
• Introduction to accredited SDA builders
• Design of your SDA home
• Location selection
• Feedback on construction progress
• Tenancy Agreement
• Introductions to Support Coordinators, SIL Providers, etc (if not already engaged)
• SIL provider Collaboration Agreement
• Participant matching
• Vacancy management
• Dispute management and notices to vacate
• Rent collection and monthly NDIS SDA funding draw downs
• Payment of rent to the property Owners
• Ensuring that all Insurances are current
• Council & Water Rates, Land taxes are up to date
• Property Maintenance (routine, compliance and reactive)
• Fire protection & safety measures
• Utility services infrastructure in place – not usage costs
• Ongoing consultation with Owners as required

It is important to understand that Connected Living Solutions is a Service Provider and NOT involved in the Financial Opportunity schemes for Investors that other SDA organisations may promote.

Similarly Connected Living Solutions is NOT a SIL provider of Care Services and that you may choose any support organisation to supply such services in the SDA properties that we manage.
